At Working Well Massage, our emphasis is on therapeutic massage, not solely relaxation. Rather than take a cookie-cutter approach, our  massage therapists addresses each individual client’s needs in every  session.

We have a commitment to quality in our massage therapist selection process. Since we are a local Chicago area company, not a national firm, we meet and interview each massage therapist that joins our team. This lets us feel confident that we can provide our clients with a high quality of care.

We provide ongoing training and development of our massage therapists. Since our staff is integral to our mission, we work with  local massage therapists that meet the highest standards in professionalism, client communication, and massage skills. And as they work with us, we seek to help them grow and improve through ongoing training and coaching.

Working Well Massage Therapists graduate from accredited massage schools. Our staff is licensed by the State of Illinois under the  Massage Therapy Licensing Act. Each massage therapist carries liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per incident.

WWM massage therapists are thoroughly trained in all aspects of massage therapy including therapeutic techniques, Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, kinesiology and anatomy.

Some have additional training in prenatal massage, corrective exercise techniques, personal training, yoga training or other  specialties as well.

WWM team members tend to remain with our company long term. Our staff  enjoys meeting new people and sharing our knowledge of wellness and good self care with our clients. We are proud to say our team has  collectively given over 100,000 massages. We have over 5000 combined hours of massage experience. And, our massage therapists have over 5 years experience on average.

WWM massage therapists are of the highest caliber in the profession. Our massage therapists care deeply about client relaxation, and seek to make your massage experience as comfortable as possible.

Our staff processes excellent interpersonal skills, a solid  understanding of how to help clients relax and are passionate about  sharing kindness and care to others.
